Spicy Easy Shrimp Fry

Shrimp: 1 lb
Turmeric Powder: 1/2 tsp
Chili Powder: 1.5 tsp
Garam Masala: 1/4 tsp
Lime Juice: 2 tsp
Curry Leaves: 1 sprig
Salt & Oil to deep fry


  • Clean shrimp and wash thoroughly. Pat dry using a paper towel
  • Add salt, turmeric powder, chili powder, garam masala, and lime juice to shrimp and mix well. Let it marinate for 30 minutes to an hour
  • In a deep pan heat oil. Add shrimp to the hot oil and fry them 3-4 minutes on each side (Do not over crowd the pan. Fry them in batches)
