Beef Noodles

Noodles: 1 lb
Beef: 1 lb thinly sliced
Cabbage, grated: 1/2 cup
Carrot, sliced: 1/2 cup
Green Onions: 1/2 cup
Soy Sauce: 1 Tbsp
Green Chilly Sauce: 2 Tbsp
Red Chilli flakes: 1/4 tsp (optional)
Pepper Powder: 1/2 tsp
Salt & Oil

Boil water and cook noodles and drain excess water when noodles is done
In a pan cook beef with very little water, salt, and pepper powder
Once that is done transfer it to a plate and drain the fat
Add little oil in the same pan and saute carrots and cabbage for couple of minutes
Add cooked beef, green chilly sauce, soy sauce, and 1/4 cup of green onions and mix well
Let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes (No need to add more salt since we are adding soy sauce)
Add the cooked noodles to the beef mixture and mix well. Let it cook more in low flame for about 5 minutes
Add red chilli flakes if you need more heat
Transfer the dish to a serving dish and sprinkle the rest of the green onions on top



  1. Will def try this with chicken as i don't eat beef, recipe sounds incredible...
