Tuna Cutlets

Canned tuna in water, drained: 6 cans
Onion, big chopped: 1
Green chillies, chopped: 3
Potatoes, boiled & mashed: 2
Garlic-Ginger paste: 2 tsp
Turmeric powder: ½ tsp
Chilly powder: 1 ½ tsp
Meat masala: 1 ½ tsp
Bread Crumbs: enough
Eggs: 2
Salt & Oil


Mix tuna, onion, green chillies, mashed potatoes, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilly powder, meat masala, one beaten egg, and salt well on a mixing bowl. Make sure you don’t over mix the ingredients.
Make patties out of the mixture. Make sure it is not too thick
Beat the 2nd egg
Dip the patties first in the beaten egg and then in the bead crumbs. Make sure the patties are well coated with bread crumbs
Heat the oil in a frying pan
Fry the patties until it turns golden brown and drain the excess oil using paper towel
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or onion salad
